Through this latest mold flow simulation system, and computer calculates and then simulate the situation of plastic materials flow and filling in the mould. Besides, regarding the pressure, speed, temperature, timing and location, this system can make precise predictions so that the product can require the best forming conditions. This mold flow simulation can help us realize the characters of product just like: how the stress spreads over, forming stress and warpage. It can not only improve the design of product and mould but also shorten the development lead time of product and mould. Moreover, it can also shorten the manufacturing lead time in order to raise product competitive power. Flow analysis

Packing analysis

The packing pressure procedure and the cooling time control is for the reduced sink mark and control the density and volumetric shrinkage of product.

Cooling analysis
  • Predict the material temperature and mold temperature change situation after increasing channels.
  • Result of appraisal channel layout because of mold temperature change influence of regarding the product mold temperature adjustment.
  • Moves/motionless situation of the static section mold temperature change, judges between the mold, the cooling system and part's mutual change relations.

By exquisite computation between the product and the mold heat exchange's under instantaneous cooling, can confirm the optimization temperature、speed and pressure in any special cooling channel.

Warpage analysis
  • Evaluate final part shape before actual molding.
  • Separate total displacement into x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis displacements to show the deformation in each direction.
  • Define an arbitrary reference plane for easy measurement of deflection.
  • Immediate display biggest amount deformation and linear shrinkage rate of product.

Use different color to show that three direction overall dimension change (displacement) after product mold release under cooling to the room temperature and atmospheric pressure. This displacement is a resultant displacement, has considered pvT and the mold temperature combined effect, also the reference of the size compensation when mold designs.
