We have many sets of computerized plastic injection machine, from 160 tons to 1,060 tons. Each set of computer is equipped with modern computerized digital control system, it is specialized in precise, accurate, stable and fast reaction. Besides, it has auto detective system which could sensor unusual action in order to stabilize the production process, and it can save 120 groups of plastic injecting conditions. This computer system can also control the pressure of "multi-injecting", position and timing. It is suitable for multi injected products. Moreover, each set of our plastic injection machine has equipped with machine arm which can grab the product or raw materials automatically. All automatic producing procedure can improve the manufacturing efficiently.
